When it is a celebration of Indian performance arts, inspiration often comes from the epic that are deeply inherent in the chromosome of our culture. Staying right for these roots is a three -day festival in the city, Ramian Chaitarivali, which has been held as part of the 40th anniversary of the fame Foundation. Three unique dance-theater performances are being staged as a part to pay homage to India’s vibrant cultural heritage.
The ideological and choreographer designed by Padma Shri Premathibh Prahlada, the purpose is to portray Indian ethos through dance, music and theater lenses. First work, SamarthyaWhich is premiere at the festival, there is a retailing of the Ramayana, while it suggests how its female characters unveil their strength, capacity, flexibility and kinetic energy. “For the last few years, an intense focus has been focused on Lord Rama and Ramayana, with the Pran Pratishnapana ceremony, Ayodhya Temple and many narratives built around it. If you pay attention to the story of Lord Ram, it is Sita which is a innatic energy behind it. Can anyone envisage the Ramayana without Sita? Other female figures of the Ramayana – KaiKE, Urmila, Shurpanika, Mandodari – are equally important, as they carry the story forward, “Prahlad,” Prahlad, a noted Bharatanam Bhantak and sharing the teacher.

Second choreography, Ekam Sat – Ek Truth, many ways Universal spirituality and unity of divinity will be engrossed. And final performance, Bharat after Mahatma Will find independence after a visit to India. The latter is a dramatic dance production that highlights modern-day challenges like social justice, gender equality and environmental protection. Prahlad says, “When I believe in the strength of our traditional forms, I understand that they need a contemporary expression to achieve new audiences. Cultural landscapes are changing at any time and we should try to re -design our presentation techniques to make it great for international audience and urban India. Through my choreographer functions, I try to re -design production and presentation techniques for global audiences, producing and drawing from traditional art forms of India. ,
