Indian Army is all set to release the official notification for civilian candidates aiming to join Territorial Army as officers through PIB 2024. Interested candidates can complete their application process by registering on the official website. The registration window is expected to begin in the first week of July and end in July.
According to media reports and information received from the Indian Army, the government has approved the recruitment of cyber experts in the Territorial Army. Trained cyber experts will now be reinstated as officers through the Territorial Army, a departure from previous recruitment practices where language specialist officer posts were filled.

Selection Process
The selection process for Territorial Army will be conducted in four stages. Qualified candidates will proceed to the screening process, which will include a written examination. Those who qualify the written examination will have to face the interview conducted by the Interview Board at the respective Territorial Army Group Headquarters.
