1. Obtain permission to enter the interview room before proceeding.

2. After entering the interview hall, close the door slowly.

3. Greet the interviewer by saying ‘Good morning, sir or madam’.

4. Sit on the chair only when the people on the panel ask you to sit. Place your hands in your lap and lean your back on the chair. Don’t cross your legs.

5. Avoid touching the table or moving your chair throughout the interview.

6. Speak only when you are asked to do so.

7: If someone present in the interview panel wants to shake hands, then shake hands very politely.

8: If the interviewer is standing up to shake hands, wait for him to calm down before taking a seat.
