Vatican City: Pope Francis is no longer in danger of death and is responding well for treatment in the hospital, Vatican said on Monday, 88 -year -old Pontiff Double Pneumonia in a sign of progress as a fight.

Francis has been at Jamelli Hospital in Rome for more than three weeks. He was admitted with a severe respiratory infection on 14 February that required developed treatment.

In its latest medical update, the Vatican said that the Pope’s doctors had first decided to raise the “preserved” pregnancy, which means that Pontiff was no longer in danger.

“Recently recorded improvements and integrated, as confirmed by both blood tests and clinical evaluation, as well as a good response to their drug treatment,” it said.

Although doctors lifted their earlier forecast, Vatican said that they still expect Francis to “continue medical treatment in the installation of the hospital for the days ahead.”

No exact time limit was given for his discharge.

The Pope is described on March 3 as a stable or in a state of improvement for the previous week, after two crises of “acute respiratory insufficiency”.

Vatican earlier said on Monday that Francis was continuing his treatment and was going through respiratory physiotherapy to help her breathing.

Pontif, who has used wheelchairs due to knee and back pain in recent years, also said that with some physical therapy to help with mobility.

The Pope is receiving oxygen at the hospital, using a small oxygen tube under his nose during the day and sleeps non-inventory mechanical ventilation at night.

The Pope has experienced several matches of sick health in the last two years and has suffered from lung infections as they were pulmonary as a young adult and a lung part was removed.

Double pneumonia is a serious infection in both lungs that can provoke them and scare them, making them difficult to breathe.

Francis, who will celebrate the 12th anniversary of his 2013 election as the Pope on Thursday, has not been publicly seen since entering the hospital, which is the longest absence of his sinner.

Doctors involved in Francis’ care stated that the Pope is likely to face a long, frightening road for recovery, with his age and other medical conditions.

The Pope, who is known to work for tiredness himself, continues to work from the hospital.

On Sunday, the Pope held his third meeting with the Cardinal Pitro Paroline, the second ranked officer of the Vatican and the deputy of Parolin during his recovery at the hospital.

The Vatican said that the Pope is also watching a live stream of an annual week’s spiritual retreat, which many Vatican officials are participating as part of Easter preparation in April.
