Eid is finally here and Bollywood fans have flocked to the homes of their favorite superstars in Mumbai. Throughout the day on Thursday, fans gathered outside the houses of Shah Rukh Khan and Salman Khan in Bandra in the hope of catching a glimpse of the actor, causing chaos and traffic disruption. Chaos in Bandra
So far, neither Shahrukh nor Salman has been seen on their balconies for the annual Eid wishes. However, when fans became restless and started creating ruckus on the streets, the police had to resort to lathicharge outside Salman’s Galaxy apartment. A video from Bandra shows a policeman hitting people with sticks as they run away from him. Some people fall on top of each other, including a woman who falls to the ground and is helped up by people around her. As the fans cleared the road, auto rickshaws and cars eventually had to move away.

Every year on Eid and his birthday, Salman and Shahrukh greet fans from their balconies. On Thursday, Salman also announced the title of his next film ‘Sikander’.
Salman wrote,”Iss Eid Bade Miyan Chote Miyan aur Maidaan ko dekho aur agli Eid Sikandar se aa kar Milo (Watch Bade Miyan Chote Miyan and Maidaan on this Eid, next Eid, meet Sikandar). Wish u all Eid Mubarak!”
Backed by Sajid Nadiadwala and directed by Murugadoss, the film will release in theaters on Eid 2025. AR Murugadoss made his Hindi debut with Ghajini, which crossed the Rs. 100 crores at the box office. He also directed Akshay Kumar’s film Holiday: A Soldier Is Never Off Duty.
Salman has been bringing films on Eid for years. The actor’s first film to release on Eid was with Judwaa in 1997, and since then, he has been making sure to entertain his fans on Eid with his films. On the occasion of Eid, his films like Dabangg, Bodyguard, Ek Tha Tiger, Bajrangi Bhaijaan, Sultan, Bharat and Kisi Ka Bhai Kisi Ki Jaan were released. Eid is undoubtedly synonymous with Salman Khan film releases.
This year, he broke the pattern but made sure to make his fans’ Eid special with the announcement of the film.
Salman was last seen in the thriller film Tiger 3, which performed well at the box office. Directed by Maneesh Sharma, the film also starred Katrina Kaif and Emraan Hashmi in lead roles.
