Are you preparing to take your board exams next year? Is exam anxiety getting in the way of your preparation? Don’t worry, because Prime Minister Narendra Modi will be back with the eighth edition of the successful student-interaction program, Pariksha Pe Charcha 2025.
Registration for the latest edition of Pariksha Pe Charcha started on December 14, 2024 and will end on January 14, 2025. According to the official website of the Education Ministry, Prime Minister Modi will also interact with parents and teachers during the program. Help support and enable students to achieve all their dreams and goals.

According to an official statement from the ministry, the annual event is envisioned to reduce exam stress and encourage students, teachers and parents to celebrate life as a “festival”.
It said, “PPC has been a resounding success over the last seven years. The 7th edition of PPC was held in Town Hall format at Bharat Mandapam, Pragati Maidan, New Delhi, attended by participants from across the country and abroad.

According to the statement, the registration process includes:
- A quiz competition (MCQ format) has been developed for students, teachers and parents of classes 6 to 12 on MyGov.in portal.
- Furthermore, the selection of questions asked during PPC 2025 may be in the following format:
- Students can submit questions of their choice that they would like to ask the Prime Minister during the registration process. Questions may relate to dealing with exam stress, career, future aspirations or life in general
- The ministry said school students, teachers and parents from classes 6 to 12 will be selected from among those who have participated in the online quiz competition.
- For the interaction with the Prime Minister, an attempt will be made to select questions covering various topics from students, teachers and parents from different regions of India.
- Additionally, questions from students abroad will also be included as was done in previous years.

Series of planned activities:
Meanwhile, the ministry has also planned a series of activities from January 12 (National Youth Day) to January 23, 2025 (Netaji Subhash Chandra Bose Jayanti). These include the following:
- Swadeshi Sports Session
- marathon race
- meme contests
- Nukkad Nataks
- Short videos and testimonials by students
- Student Anchor and Guest – Model PPC Session
- yoga-cum-meditation session
- Song performance by CBSE, KVS and NVS
- poster making competitions
- Mental Health Counselling/Workshops with Special Guests
- Inspirational Film Series Screening
Notably, the first edition of Pariksha Pe Charcha was held in February 2018.
