“There are 5 things here that are normal, and you don’t have to panic about it. How to come back to the track fast after an oven weekend,” he wrote.

1. Temporary weight gain:

The scale usually goes up to 1-3 kg, but most of it normally has additional carbs and sodium retention of water.

What can you do here: Don’t think bad, do not eat less by punishing yourself. Instead, drink a lot of water, and go back to your normal calorie deficit food parts.

2. You feel bloated and your face feels puffy:
