A few days ago, Deeksha had shared a post about the diet she adopted to lose 28 kg and get fit. “Don’t believe everything you see on the internet; If you start following this routine your weight may start losing. I lost 28 kg, and if I had to do it again, I would do it this way,” read her text on the reel.
Here is the weight loss diet that Diksha followed for rapid and sustained weight loss:

morning drink: Coriander seeds, celery seeds and ginger water. Cumin water is optional.
Breakfast: 2 whole eggs and a packet of mushrooms. Moong dal cheela with vegetables and mint chutney is optional.
mid meal: Coffee with almond milk. You can add coconut water.
lunch:Chicken and Hummus Salad. Chickpea and hummus salad can be added.
Evening snack: If necessary, you can take a handful or roasted gram or 1 fruit and 5 dry fruits
