“It is not challenging to lose weight, with correct changes it can be fun and easy,” Lee wrote in the caption.
Prefer protein and fiber:

- Targets for 1 gram ideal body weight in protein per day.
- Eat 30-40 grams of protein per meal.
- Targets for 25-30 grams of fiber per day.

High-volume and low calorie food help us stick to the calorie-define plan, while all give us all the nutrients that we need.

- Priority to foods like low -fat dairy, lean meats, vegetables, fruits and complex carbs.
