NTA UGC NET June 2024 Exam City Slip: National Testing Agency (NTA) has released subject wise Exam City Intimation Slip For University Grants Commission The National Eligibility Test (UGC NET) 2024 June session exam is scheduled to be held on August 21, 22 and 23. Candidates who have successfully filled the online application form can download their exam city slip from the official website ugcnet.nta.ac.in.
The NTA notification said, “Candidates are advised to check/download their UGC-NET June 2024 exam city intimation slip (using their application number and date of birth) from the website ugcnet.nta.ac.in/wef and refer to the instructions given therein.”
The city information slip contains information about the following Exam Venue So that students can travel and find accommodation before the exam.
NTA UGC NET June 2024: Admit Card
Admit card The admit card is also expected to be released two to three days before the exam. Candidates should note that they will need login credentials like their application number and date of birth to download the admit card.
UGC NET June 2024: Exam Pattern
The exam pattern for 2024 set by NTA consists of two papers: Paper 1 and Paper 2. The total duration of both papers is three hours. Both papers consist of objective type multiple choice questions (MCQs). A total of 150 questions are asked, with Paper 1 consisting of 50 questions and Paper 2 consisting of 100 questions. There is no negative marking in the exam.

UGC-NET June 2024 exam is scheduled to be conducted by NTA Computer Based Test The exam will be conducted between August 21 to September 4, 2024, in various cities across the country for 83 subjects in (CBT) mode.
It is important to note that the UGC NET June 2024 exam was conducted on June 18 in pen and paper format and in two shifts, but it was cancelled amid the NEET-UG controversy. The government said that the UGC has received some inputs on the examinations from the National Cyber Crime Threat Analysis Unit of the Indian Cyber Crime Coordination Centre (I4C). These inputs prima facie indicate that the integrity of the exam mentioned above may have been compromised. However, after investigation it was found that the paper was not leaked.
Last year, 9,45,918 candidates had registered and 6,95,928 candidates appeared for the December 2023 exam in 292 cities across the country. The exam was conducted between December 6 and December 14 and the result was declared on January 17.
