The company will present its final presentation in front of the CEO of the authority this week and after the design is approved, a tender will be issued for its construction. Actually, the entire area where this Brahma Sarovar will be built is about 29 hectares, which is a green belt. Therefore, there will be no tampering with its original form.

There will be a lotus shaped fountain in the middle

Let us tell you that this Brahmasarovar will be developed in 4 hectares. Along with this, recreation activities will be done in about 7 hectares. Which will include food court, walking track, amphitheater. Whose design is being prepared. Will be prepared on PPP model

According to the officials of the authority, Brahmasarovar will be constructed on PPP model. After the design is made, the company which will construct it will also be responsible for its operation and maintenance. A ratio of 30:70 will be kept for revenue. That means the company will have to give 30% of the total income to Noida Authority in a month. To recover the construction cost, the company will be able to take the rights of advertising apart from food court, cafe area, boating. Its cost will be around 40 crores. Its construction will start after the final approval. Which will be completed in about six to eight months.
