The fitness trainer keeps sharing important tricks and tips related to weight loss and fitness on his Instagram profile. A blog he wrote about burning belly fat from a few years ago has resurfaced, and is helpful for people on their weight loss journey.

Eat at regular intervals:

“Eating adequate food at regular intervals is much better than eating light food or feeling flatulent after long intervals. This keeps your metabolism working and does not put pressure on your body’s intestinal system. As per my own experience and studies, it has been proven that eating meals at least within 2 hours is the best way to follow your balance diet approach. Vinod Channa wrote, “Do crunches which will work the rectus abdominals, cross crunches and leg raises which will work the internal and external obliques and finally the transverse obliques which can be worked by doing planks, side planks.”
