New K-drama confirmed: Rowoon to return to Joseon’s roots with The Star Is Born actress Jeongnyeon in The Murky Stream

Rowoon’s historical drama resumes

According to brand new revelations, the upcoming historical drama set in the Joseon period will mark the former SF9 singer’s return to the setting. Murky Stream (Or TaryuWell versed in this drama genre, Rowoon has previously contributed to ‘sageuk’ such as The King’s Affection (co-starring Park Eun Bin) and match maker (with Choi Yi-Hyun). Even their roles destiny with you (co-starring Jo Bo Ah) and extraordinary you (with Kim Hye Yoon) shared some historical anecdotes.

For his new series, Rowoon is collaborating with another expert historical drama star, Shin Ye Eun, who has participated in shows like Secret Romantic Guesthouse (with Rayun) and, most recently, Jeongnyeon: The Star Is Born (with Kim Tae Ri).
