NEET UG 2024 Re-exam Result: The National Testing Agency (NTA) is expected to release the NEET UG re-exam results on June 30. The testing agency released the NEET UG re-exam answer key on June 28 and allowed candidates to raise objections till June 29 at exams.nta.ac.in/NEET.

NTA had conducted the re-examination on 23rd June for 1,563 candidates who were earlier awarded grace marks due to ‘loss of time’ in the NEET UG examination which was later quashed by the Hon’ble Supreme Court, giving the candidates the option to either appear for the re-examination or retain the original marks by forgoing the grace marks.

After the re-examination results, the Medical Counselling Committee (MCC) will start the counselling process, which will most likely begin from July 6.

Out of 1,563 candidates, only 813 took the re-examination. The remaining 48% candidates opted for their original marks excluding the grace marks.

It is important to note that at Haryana’s Jhajjar centre, which had come under scrutiny for several top rankers emerging from there, 287 out of 494 candidates – representing nearly 58% – appeared for the NEET UG 2024 re-exam.
