The National Testing Agency (NTA) on 7 February issued a notification for the National Eligibility cum Entrance Test Bachelor (NEET UG) 2025. Aspiration NEET UG candidates can now apply through the official NTA website: neet.nta.nic.in.in.
The NEET UG 2025 application process started on Friday, 7 February, and will remain open till 7 March.
The NTA has clarified that an APAAR ID is not mandatory for NEAT UG 2025 registration, allowing candidates to use other available means of identity, whose details will soon be available in the information bulletin.
The NEET-Un exam is to be held on May 4, 2025.
The NTA has confirmed that the examination will be conducted in pen and paper mode after discussions between the Ministries of Education and Health.

NEET-OG 2025: Steps to apply
- Visit the official NTA NEET website: neet.nta.nic.in1.
- Registration online by providing required personal details such as names, date of birth, gender, contact details and nationality.
- Fill the application form with accurate personal and educational information.
- Recently upload scanned images of required documents including passport-shaped photographs and signature.
- Pay the online application fee according to your category.
- Carefully review all recorded details before the final submission.
- After submission, pay attention to the application number for future reference.
NEET-OG 2025: Application Reform Window
After the time limit of registration, NTA will provide candidates a window to rectify any mistakes in their application forms. This improvement window will open from March 9 to March 11, 2025. During this period, candidates can edit specific details in their forms. If the changes include the category or selection of the international examination city or selection, the additional fee may apply.
