NEET MDS 2024: Candidates can register for the exam by visiting the official website of NBEMS at nbe.edu.in. Last date to apply is today 11th March
The National Board of Examination in Medical Sciences (NBEMS) will end the online registration process for the National Eligibility cum Entrance Test for Master of Dental Surgery (NEET MDS) 2024 today, March 11. Candidates can register for the exam by visiting the official website. of NBEMS at nbe.edu.in. Candidates who will complete their internship between April 1 and June 30 this year are eligible to apply for NEET MDS 2024.
As per the schedule, NBEMS will conduct NEET MDS on March 18, 2024 and the admit cards will be released on March 15. It will be conducted on a computer-based platform at various examination centers across India. This examination is an eligibility-cum-ranking entrance examination for students seeking admission into various Dental or MDS programmes. The results will be released by 18th April.
Candidates can apply for the examination if they have Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS) degree from any institution registered with the State Dental Council or have temporary or permanent registration. In addition, one year compulsory rotational internship in an approved/recognised dental college is required.
NEET MDS 2024: Steps to apply
Step 1: Visit the official website of NBEMS nbe.edu.in
Step 2: Look for the ‘NEET MDS’ tab and then click on ‘Application Link’.
Step 3: As soon as the new page opens, click on the new registration link and complete the registration process to generate the user ID and password.
Step 4: Then log in and fill the application form as per instructions. Also, upload the required documents.
Step 5: Select the exam city, pay the required fee and submit the form.
Step 6: Keep a printout of the NEET MDS 2024 application form with the transaction ID mentioned on it for future use.
NEET MDS 2024: Application Fee
NEET MDS exam fee has been reduced for all categories as compared to last year. General, OBC candidates will have to pay an examination fee of Rs 3500. Whereas SC, ST and PWD applicants will have to pay Rs 2500. “Application forms once submitted cannot be withdrawn. The fee will neither be carried forward to a future date nor refunded under any circumstances. The official notice earlier said that no claims for refund, adjustment or carry forward of the application fee will be entertained.
