A study published in the American Journal of Physiology – Reenal Physiology has shown that banana plays an important role in reducing high blood pressure in bananas, and in a way it is completely unpredictable.

It is already widely known how salt can affect your blood pressure. Many times, people are advised to cut back completely on salt. But studies have shown that adding potassium to your diet can be more effective, more than cutting salty foods. It contains foods containing bananas, sweet potato, spinach and other potassium.

In addition, consuming potassium -rich food helps reduce blood pressure, even if you are eating salty snacks (good news for names lovers.)

The study investigated how the body reacts at various levels of sodium and potassium. From their experiments, the researchers revealed that when people doubled their potassium intake, blood pressure fell in men to 14 mmhg and 10 mmhg in women. The most surprising part of the discovery is that it was even when the level of sodium was high, which highlights the importance of incorporating powerful nutrients in your diet such as hypertension for health conditions such as high blood pressure such as just cutting back.

Men and women answer differently

The study also identified a sex difference in the context of managing sodium. According to the study, women’s kidney was naturally able to improve and manage sodium a little. In a way, women have natural protection from high blood pressure, especially before menopause.

On the other hand, men were not naturally efficient in the management of sodium, so they need more potassium.
