Botox crippled her face
In a segment of the podcast, Chhavi talked about the first Botox experience she had on her face. She went to a cosmetologist who suggested masseter botox. Chhavi said she believed her pain threshold was high, however, during the procedure she accidentally moved which caused the needle to go elsewhere. Because of that mistake, one side of the face lost sensation for more than a year. Chhavi said, “As an actress, it was a very difficult period for me.”
However, Chhavi continued to visit the clinic to heal the effects of botox treatment done incorrectly on her face. The cosmetologist suggested radio frequency to reduce the effects, but nothing worked.

In an earlier article in HT, Dr. Debraj Shome had mentioned, “Botox is injected by injector, so your injector needs to be trained and an expert so that the chances of side effects with Botox are almost zero . With a trained person, if any small changes are needed, it is easy to execute. But, if your injector does not have the requisite qualifications and experience, then Botox is obviously not responsible. It is absolutely necessary to get treatment from a specialist. It is important to remember that botulinum toxin is one of the most toxic substances known to man and can cause serious harm if not administered and used carefully. If the injections are not given correctly, they can cause bruising, bleeding, and swelling.
