Actually, this case is related to a woman passenger named Alka Kumari. She was to travel from IndiGo flight 6E-192 on 10 April. This flight operates between Hyderabad to Delhi. On reaching Hyderabad Airport, he came to know that this flight is about 55 minutes. Alka waited for the flight takeoff with peace. The flight was departments at around 22:25 pm instead of its scheduled time at 21.30 pm.

IndiGo Staff refuses to accept passenger
After reaching the terminal forest of IGI Airport at around 12:30 in the night, Alka kept waiting for her bag for a long time on the baggage belt, but her bag did not come. When the second flight bags started coming on the baggage belt, Alka’s patience broke. She reached Indigo Staff near the baggage belt to get information about her baggage. He told IndiGo Staff the whole thing and asked to find out his baggage.

After listening to Alka, IndiGo Staff looked at the flight manifest with a cursory eye and said without any hesitation- Mam, no passenger of this name was in this flight nor any bag of this flight is pending. Alka was stunned to listen to Indigo Staff. For a moment, he did not understand what the airlines are saying. Alka showed her boarding pass Indigo staff, then she believed that she has also traveled in this flight.

Passenger Alka Kumari told news 18 that after seeing the boarding pass, IndiGo Staff said that you wait, find out the baggage and tell you. After about half an hour, when asked, it was said that just wait a little, your baggage is going to come. It was 4 o’clock in the morning while doing this, but did not get baggage. After this, it was said that the baggage is left in Hyderabad, you go home, your baggage will be delivered at your house itself.

He told that despite a long wait on April 11, when the baggage was not found, he asked his brother to go to Hyderabad Airport to find out. From there it was found that there is no baggage in Hyderabad, all the baggage with flight has gone to Delhi. Since the bag had complete child belongings with clothes and medicines, each moment was becoming very heavy for Alka. Now everything was out of shout for him.

Alka said that on 11 April she once again reached IGI Airport, where IndiGo Staff started moving from here to there for three consecutive hours as last night. In the end Alka gave up and assumed that his bag will not be found again. Desperate, she sat outside the terminal. Meanwhile, an officer of CISF Intelligence, who had been watching his activities for a long time, reached Alka and asked the reason for his trouble.

After hearing Alka’s whole thing, the CISF officer said that you do not get upset, he does something. After this, the CISF officer reached the staff of Indigo and almost reprimanded it and said- why are you bothering… if the bag has come, why not give it. A few minutes after this rebuke, Alka was handed over his baggage to him. Now from this incident, you can guess how concerned Indigo is for the convenience of its passenger.
