Supercar lovers have got another option to choose from. McLaren has launched its 750S car in India at ex-showroom price. 5.91 crores.
This supercar has a 3994 cc engine, which generates power of 740 bhp. It is an upgrade from the 720S and is 30 kg lighter. In comparison, it has 30 HP more power and 30Nm more torque than the 720S.
The McLaren 750S is available in both coupe and hardtop convertible body styles. According to details about the vehicle on the McLaren website, it is the company’s lightest and most powerful series production supercar.
The description reads, “The lightest and most powerful series-produced McLaren supercar ever. Offering an astonishingly wide range of capabilities with no compromises to be made. The latest class-leading supercar with 60 years of history.”

Other specifications of McLaren
According to a report by HT Auto, the new McLaren 750S has a 4.0-litre, twin-turbo, V8 petrol engine that generates 740 bhp power and 800 Nm torque. The car has a seven-speed automatic gearbox. With a top speed of 332 kmph, it can accelerate from 0 km/h to 100 km/h in 2.8 seconds. It uses a carbon fiber monocoque and has very light wheels giving it a dry weight of 1277 kg.
Michael Leiters, CEO of McLaren Automotive, said, “When you have a car recognized by so many drivers as a benchmark, to make something better you have to scrutinize every detail and really work hard to improve. “Which raises the bar again. This is what we’ve done with the new 750S.”
