New Delhi. Maruti Suzuki is also known for manufacturing eco-friendly vehicles in the country. The company is the largest manufacturer of CNG and petrol-hybrid cars in India. Recently, the company has introduced the Brezza Compressed Bio Gas (CBG) model running on bio methane gas at the Bharat Mobility Expo 2024. The design of Brezza CBG is similar to its standard model. The company has made changes in its engine to run it on bio gas.
Talking about the engine, 1.5-litre K15 C petrol engine has been used in it. Although this engine generates power of 102bhp in petrol mode, but in CBG mode its engine generates power of 87bhp and torque of 121Nm.
How are the features?
The design of the Maruti Brezy CBG is similar to the standard variant, but it has some CBG stickers all around, which give it a different identity. It features dual-pod projector headlamps, roof rails, dual-tone bumper, wrap-around LED taillights, integrated LED daylight running lights, foglights, diamond-cut alloy wheels, blacked-out A, B and C-pillars, rear wiper and washer. The cabin of Maruti Brezy CBG also has many attractive and useful features, such as sunroof, cruise control, paddle shifters, Suzuki Connect telematics technology, special touchscreen infotainment system, auto climate control, keyless entry, rear parking sensors and leather. what is the mileage
Maruti has not disclosed the mileage of Brezza CBG, but its mileage is expected to be as per its CNG variant which is 25.51 km/kg. This compact SUV has a 48 liter petrol tank and a 55 liter (equivalent to water) tank for CBG.
At present, Maruti has not shared any information regarding the launch of Brezza CBG. But it is expected that it can be launched in the market by mid-2024. The ex-showroom price of Brezza starts from Rs 8.29 lakh and goes up to Rs 9.94 lakh. LXI, VXI and ZXI variants are available in it.
