New Delhi. Most of the Maruti Suzuki models in India are offered with mild-hybrid (SHVS) technology. The company has also introduced some of its premium cars with strong hybrid engines. Now the car manufacturer is going to include another car in the list of hybrid cars. Recently Suzuki Motor has introduced Ertiga Cruise Hybrid at the International Motor Show in Indonesia which will come with a connected battery. The exterior and interior of this MPV have now been given a sporty look and it also gets a larger battery pack, which is paired with the existing petrol engine.

The Ertiga Hybrid gets a 1.5-litre K15B smart hybrid petrol engine along with a larger 10mah battery, which has increased its mileage. It is also being provided with idle start/stop feature and eight years warranty on its battery.

The Ertiga Cruze Hybrid model has been given a dual-tone color scheme with white body color and contrast black roof. Apart from this, the updated Ertiga has been given a sporty front bumper, side under spoiler, side body decal, rear upper spoiler, sporty rear bumper with under spoiler, which makes its look quite sporty. The Ertiga also gets 15-inch alloy wheels, projector headlamps with bumper-mounted LED DRLs, which are similar to the current model.

The new Ertiga has a semi-digital instrument cluster and an 8-inch touchscreen infotainment system. The interior has a completely black theme. This MPV also gets ventilated center console cup holder, cruise control, automatic climate control and armrest for second row passengers. After launching in Indonesia, the company can launch it in India also.
