Manohar Bajpayee reacts on divorce in Bollywood
When the Bhaiya Ji actor was asked about this, he said, “First of all, it is called the Hindi film industry. It is a very small industry. A lot of people need jobs in this small industry. If someone is caught doing something wrong in any corner of the industry, it does not prove anything. I and my friends or co-stars also belong to this industry and I can tell that 95% of them are very passionate and honest not only for their films but also for their family and loved ones. A few incidents here and there cannot prove that the entire industry is like this. Today, if you go to the Tis Hazari court and ask about the divorce rate, you will know where we have reached today, where relationships and marriages are breaking every day. Our society adopted the trend of nuclear family and it has its benefits too, but the damage that the trend of nuclear family has caused, you can see it in the courts today.”
Manoj Bajpayee said the film industry is open-minded
He further said, “So is the industry not a part of the society? People who belong to the same society are part of the industry. When people belong to the same society, it is obvious that the changes that have taken place in the society will also have an impact on the industry. Earlier, there were not as many divorces in this industry as there are today. The industry is very open-minded, which is a very good thing. Creative people will have to be open-minded.”
