Can major weight loss be ’embarrassing’? According to an American man who ‘lost over 130 pounds’, it could be. here’s why.
US-based Justin O’Regan is a self-proclaimed ‘weight loss coach’. He often shares videos of his weight loss journey, fitness regime and diet on Instagram. In a video, Justin, who is in his 20s, explains how ‘losing the weight has been a bit embarrassing’. He said he had lost more than 130 pounds (58.9 kg) in weight. Along with one of her videos, she wrote in her Instagram caption, “Can anyone tell?” In the July 2024 clip, Justin said, “Why doesn’t anyone talk about how embarrassing it is to lose weight?
