Nick adds, “If you don’t have an exercise routine yet, start by walking 10 minutes a day for 2 weeks. Then do 1 full-body resistance session per week, and then up to 2.
If you’re confused or intimidated about going to the gym and working out with a trainer, Nick has this to say: “Don’t like going to the gym? Workout at home. YouTube: ’10 Minute Home Workout for Full Body’. Is working out boring for you? Put on some loud music and let it be fun. Exercise doesn’t have to be so serious.
