The footage begins with her sitting on the floor on her hands and knees performing an arm twist exercise, followed by a Russian twist in the same position. Then, she performed downward dog side and upward motion leg raises. She also practiced standing crossover touch and reach exercise, followed by plank hold and cobra pose (Bhujangasana).
