How to make black sesame laddu: The festival of Makar Sankranti (Makar Sankranti 2025) is celebrated with happiness and enthusiasm. On this occasion, there is a tradition of making and eating black sesame laddus. These laddus made of black sesame, jaggery and ghee are not only delicious in taste, but are also very beneficial for health. Black sesame seeds are rich in iron, calcium and antioxidants, which along with providing warmth to the body, also helps in increasing immunity. These laddus can be easily made at home and can double the happiness of Makar Sankranti. Know the simple method of making it.

Make delicious black sesame laddu in this way-

Material-
– Black washed sesame – 250 grams
– Coconut powder – 50 grams
– Jaggery – 50 grams
– Ghee – 100 grams
– Dry fruits (almonds, pistachios, cashews) – half cup
– Cardamom powder – 1 teaspoon

Method of preparation-
1. First of all, lightly fry black sesame seeds in ghee. After roasting the sesame seeds well, take it out in a plate and keep it to cool.

2.Now cut the jaggery into small pieces and make syrup by adding some water in a pan. When the jaggery dissolves completely and the syrup is ready, remove it from the flame.

3.Then, add roasted sesame seeds, coconut powder, dry fruits and cardamom powder. Mix everything well.

4.Now add 1 spoon of ghee in it and let the mixture cool slightly. When the mixture cools down a bit, apply ghee on the palm and make round laddus.

5.Laddus are ready, now keep them to cool and then enjoy them.
