After waiting for a few moments, Parul wiped his tears and decided that he is a granddaughter of a brave fighter and she would not sit silent until his grandmother gets the right justice. He picked up his mobile and started writing his response to all the answers of Air India. It was said by Air India that The passenger decided to walk at the best. Parul wrote this claim of Air India as false and wrote that He took this step in compulsion, not by his will, because no battery cart was available from the terminal to the Prm desk.

The airline said in its statement that Air India staff immediately assisted. Parul also described this answer as wrong. They say that The staff neither helped them lift them, nor called the medical team. The family member himself had to go to the medical room and get help. Air India had next claim The family refused to seek additional help from the doctor. Describing this claim as wrong, Parul wrote that ‘We were given first aid to stop the blood flowing from their lips, but ignored the foreheads and nasal injuries. We were not even given any medical report.

A painful incident took place on 4 March
Parul Kanwar said this incident is on 4 March 2025. His 82 -year -old old grandmother reached Delhi Airport that morning for a flight to Bangalore. He would never have thought that something like this would happen to him. We had already booked wheelchairs from Air India for our grandmother. But, after reaching the airport, we realized that the price of humanity here has become zero here. Air India not only made any arrangement for wheelchairs, but also left us helpless despite our repeated request. Airline staff, airport helpdesk all raised their hands.

An Indigo’s staff had an empty wheelchair by chance, but he refused to give. Seeing no other way, the elderly grandmother slowly crossed three big drops. A member of the family was supporting him, but this journey was unbearable in front of his age and weakness. As soon as he reached inside the airport, his legs responded and they fell right in front of Air India’s premium economy counter. None of the people present there helped. We requested help, but the indifference of Air India employees crushed our expectations.

Parul’s question from DGCA- Will you get justice?
When we asked for first aid, we were asked to go to the medical emergency room. Our grandmother fell on the ground, but the staff of Air India did not mind. Later, a wheelchair arrived, but he was climbed on the flight with minor treatment. The crew members present in the flight helped them by giving them snow straps. After reaching Bangalore Airport, doctors saw him, but by then it was too late. Due to injury on the forehead, two stitches had to be placed, but the real danger was something else.

The injury to the head was deep, the grandmother was slowly losing her consciousness, so the doctors shifted her to the ICU. Doctors are talking about bleeding in the brain. Their left part is gradually becoming inactive. The family has complained about the matter to DGCA and Air India, but the way Air India has replied, after that the family is now feeling less expected. Finally, this family has now said to release CCTV footage of the time of the incident. So that the situation and truth can be clear.
