Raj said, “Do these 5 things to lose weight and improve your fitness this Christmas. Number 1: Stop paying attention to what people say about you, about your efforts, about your body or about your looks because people will always have something to say about those things. There will be something you do and something you don’t do.
Don’t be afraid of food; walk and exercise
Raj further said, “No. 2: Don’t be afraid of food. The food is great; It gives you health, energy and happiness. Once you embrace this, you’ll be able to move from a childish love-hate relationship with food to a more stable adult relationship. Number 3: Come on. If nothing else, keep in mind that every two minutes of walking helps you burn 10 calories. So, whenever you get two minutes, get up and walk.
He also said, “No. 4: Exercise. Some kind of exercise, any kind of exercise. Do it regularly, even if it’s just for 10 or 20 minutes a day because all types of exercise will help you burn calories and help you get stronger in some way or the other. And finally, no. 5: Don’t wait for the right moment. You won’t have everything you need to reach your goal. That means your glass will always be half empty. This also means that your glass is always half full. Use it and get to work today.”
