In a recent Instagram post, Sunil said that ‘weight loss becomes 10 times faster when you adopt some simple habits.’ “Weight loss isn’t just about eating less and moving more – these 4 habits will make it 10x faster, easier, and more sustainable… Master these habits, and losing weight won’t feel like a struggle – it will feel natural ,” he wrote, listing his tips and tricks.

Four habits to lose weight 10 times faster:

1. Sleep is very important

Sunil said, “Prioritize 7-9 hours of quality sleep, follow a fixed sleeping schedule and try sleep-enhancing foods like bananas, almonds, chamomile tea and turmeric milk. Limit screens before bed!”

2. Rest days are not optional

“Take 1-2 rest days weekly for recovery and to avoid burnout. Active rest like walking or doing yoga, foam rolling and Epsom salt baths with foods like berries, Greek yogurt and coconut water help muscles recover faster, Sunil said.

3. Weekend calories matter too

He further said, “Plan ahead and be alert. Replace chips with homemade popcorn, replace sweets with dark chocolate and replace sugary drinks with fruit water. For protein-rich snacks, try roasted makhana or paneer skewers.”

4. Manage daily stress

“Move daily, breathe deeply and include stress-busting foods like green tea, spinach, walnuts and pumpkin seeds. Cut down on caffeine and focus on something that calms your mind – meditation, a walk or a hobby,” concludes Sunil.
