In a recent post, Shikha, who keeps sharing posts about how her lifestyle changes helped her lose 50 kg, shared her weight loss tips with her followers. In her caption she wrote, “How I lost 50 kg… Intermittent Fasting Full Diet Plan… Simple and people friendly.”
‘Magical’ morning drink and breakfast
In the accompanying video, Shikha shared her intermittent fasting diet plan, saying, “Want to know my secret diet plan to lose 50 kg? Start your morning with magical Amla juice. This will help you lose weight and improve the quality of your skin and hair; Find the recipe on my YouTube channel or Instagram.
He further said, “For breakfast I had 50 grams of Paneer Bhurji with Methi Roti and lots of vegetables and tea without sugar. I tried to stuff seasonal vegetables inside the roti. For my mid-morning snack, I ate 150 grams of freshly cut and seasonal fruits.
Rice for lunch and dinner
Shikha then said, “Lunch was plain rice (100 grams cooked) and dal (100 grams cooked) and green salad with curd (100 grams low fat). For evening snack, I had black coffee and homemade weight loss snacks; You can find this recipe on my YouTube channel or Instagram. I always eat my dinner between 6 to 7 pm – rice (100 g cooked) with chicken curry (150 g) and salad.
She also gave some more tips to aid in rapid weight loss, saying, “Drink 3 liters of water throughout the day, sleep for 7-8 hours and take a brisk 30-minute walk for a physical transformation like mine. It’s really simple.”
