LG claims that the stretchable display can stretch up to 50 percent of its size, that too without deteriorating the image quality. While presenting this prototype display, the company has said that it is a 12 inch display, which can be stretched up to 18 inches. According to the company, this stretchable display can maintain a resolution of 100 pixels per inch. This flexible display is completely unique. The company is calling it ultimate display technology. Like other flexible displays, it can not only be bent or folded, but can also be squeezed like a towel. This flexible display of LG is made of micro LED which has the capacity to stretch 10 thousand times continuously. The company claims that this display works even at extreme temperatures. The company has also told about the features of this display.

This display works like any ordinary touchscreen display. You can also wear it in your hands. It is very light so it can be taken anywhere. The company claims that in the coming time, LG’s flexible display can be used in many flagship smartphones, tablets or wearable devices.
