Know the solution to this problem
Dr. VK Pandey says that even today there is no cure for this in India. Doctors suggest surgery but the surgery is not that successful. In such a situation, take a cloth while sleeping at night, heat it and warm the knees. Sleep with this cloth tied all night, you will get a lot of relief from pain. Apart from this, drinking fenugreek water in the morning is very beneficial. It contains antioxidants and essential nutrients, which give relief to the knee.

Make these changes in your diet
Apart from this, you will have to change your diet. Do not consume peas, gram, curd, urad dal, cold water from the fridge or any cold substance even by mistake. Include more amount of protein in your food. Like beans, spinach, green leafy vegetables, soybean etc., all these things are considered very beneficial. Walnuts and almonds will be beneficial among dry fruits.
