Azerbaijan’s President Ilham Aliyev cursed Russia on Sunday 29 December. Looking at his strict statement, it seems that President Putin’s apology has had no impact on Azerbaijan. Azerbaijan has also shown its eyes to Russia. President Ilham said, ‘The plane that crashed in Aktau (Kazakhstan) was damaged due to ground firing. The plane was fired upon over Russian territory. The fact is that the Azerbaijani plane was damaged from outside on Russian territory. This happened near the city of Grozny and the plane lost control. Our plane went out of control due to electronic warfare.

Azerbaijan’s President Ilham has made serious allegations against Russia. Russian government agencies said that the accident occurred due to a gas cylinder blast in the plane. We were very saddened by this and were stunned. This clearly showed that Russia wanted to hide it. Let us tell you that the plane taking off from Baku was going to Grozny. The route of the plane was changed due to bad weather. This plane later crashed in Aktau, Kazakhstan. 38 people lost their lives in the accident.

Should have apologized immediately – Azerbaijan
