In the new business week, two IPOs are going to open in the mainboard segment and one in the SME segment. Emcure Pharmaceuticals, Bansal Wire and Ambe Laboratories will try to raise Rs 2700 crore from the market through public issue.
Emcure Pharmaceuticals IPO to open on July 3
The initial public offering of Emcure Pharmaceuticals will open on July 3. Investors can bid in it till July 5. The price band of the issue has been fixed from Rs 960 to Rs 1008 per share. Through this IPO, the company will issue new shares worth Rs 800 crore and the promoters and existing investors will sell 1.14 crore shares under the Offer for Sale (OFS).

Bansal Wire IPO
Bansal Wire’s IPO will also open on July 3 and close on July 5. The company is planning to raise Rs 745 crore through this issue. 35% of the issue is reserved for retail investors. The company has fixed the price band for the issue at Rs 243 to Rs 256 per share. Investors can bid for a minimum of 58 shares. The company will use the money raised from the issue to repay its debt.
Ambey Laboratories IPO
This IPO of the SME segment will open for subscription on July 4 and close on July 8. The company will try to raise Rs 45 crore through this issue. New shares worth Rs 62.5 lakh will be issued in the issue and there will be an offer for sale (OFS) of 3.12 lakh shares. The issue price for the IPO has been fixed at Rs 65 to Rs 68 per share. Investors can bid for a minimum of 2000 shares.
