Karnataka Examination Authority, KEA has released the second mock seat allotment result for NEET UG, KCET 2024 counselling on Sunday, August 25, 2024. Candidates who want to register for counselling can check the result on the official website kea.kar.nic.in.
Candidates will have to enter their CET number to check the result.
KEA released an official notice which said, “After inclusion of Medical, Dental and AYUSH seats in Engineering, Architecture, Pharm Science, Veterinary, Yoga & Naturopathy B.Sc (Nursing), B.Pharma, Pharm-D etc. Option Entry Portal, mock seat allotment has been done for the second time following roster system and merit based on the options entered by the candidates till 5 PM on 22-08-2024 and the results have been published on KEA website for information of the candidates on 25-08-2024.”

KEA said that candidates can add new options, rearrange or delete already entered options in the order of preference if required till August 27, 2024. The time for selection of colleges/courses for seat allocation in the first phase will be till 11 am.
Additionally, candidates who have not registered any choices so far can do so by August 27, 2024, for selection of colleges/courses for the first round of seat allotment, KEA said.
It is noteworthy that as per the schedule, the first phase allotment result will be declared on September 1 after 6 pm.

To check the mock allotment result for Round 2, candidates can follow the steps given below.
- Visit the official website of KEA at kea.kar.nic.in.
- Go to Admissions on the home page and click on Karnataka NEET UG, KCET 2024 Counselling link available on the home page.
- Click on the link for Mock Allotment Result.
- Enter the login details and click on submit.
- Check the result displayed on the screen.
- Download and keep a printed copy of it for future reference.
