Actress Kareena Kapoor has opened up about ageing and revealed that she is “not trying to look younger”. In an interview with Harper’s Bazaar, Kareena revealed that she is not keen on getting botox or any cosmetic changes because her husband Saif Ali Khan finds her attractive the way she is. The actress also spoke about playing roles that reflect her age and revealed that she is proud of it. Kareena on ‘spending quality moments’

Kareena said, “From the beginning, I was confident that my talent and passion would keep me going. I took care of myself, stayed fit and focused on being the best version of myself. Self-care means taking time for yourself, whether it’s spending quality time with friends, cooking with Saif or simply enjoying a workout. It’s about feeling good, whether that’s through a fitness routine or just being with your family. Nourishing your soul with a good meal, a heartfelt conversation or a bottle of wine is a must for me.”

She added, “Age is a part of beauty. It’s not about fighting the lines or trying to look younger; it’s about embracing and loving your age. I’m 44 and I’ve never felt better. I don’t feel the need for Botox or any cosmetic enhancements. My husband finds me sexy, my friends say I look amazing, and my films are successful. I play roles that reflect my age and I’m proud of that. I want people to see me for who I am and appreciate that.”
