As per the official announcement, candidates who have been allotted seats can submit their online fees between August 18 and 22 for seat acceptance and counselling.
Joint Entrance Examination Council (Polytechnic), Uttar Pradesh has announced the seat allotment results for JEECUP counselling 2024 round 4. Applicants who have registered for the fourth round can check the seat allotment result on the official website jeecup.admissions.nic.in.
As per the official announcement, candidates who have been allotted seats can submit their online fees for seat acceptance and counselling between August 18 and August 22. Document verification for the same will take place from August 20 to August 22 at the district helplines.
For candidates allotted seats in government/aided/PPP polytechnic institutes, the online payment of remaining fees can be done from August 20 to August 23. The last date for seat withdrawal is August 24. Classes will start from August 21.
JEECUP 2024: Steps to check seat allotment result
Step 1. Visit the official JEECUP website jeecup.admissions.nic.in.
Step 2. Select the link ‘Round 4 Seat Allotment Result for JEECUP 2024’ from the homepage.
Step 3. After entering your login information, click “Submit”.
Step 4. Your seat allotment result will be displayed on the screen.
Step 5. Check the seat allotment result and keep the document safe.
Step 6. Keep a physical copy of it for future reference.
JEECUP 2024: Admission Fee
The seat acceptance fee for candidates allotted in government and aided institutes is Rs 3,250. For candidates allotted in private sector institutes, the fee is fixed at around 50 per cent of the total amount, plus a counselling fee of Rs 250. Online mode of payment is recommended for the seat acceptance fee.
JEECUP 2024: Round 4 Seat Acceptance Process
Acceptance of seat: If you are satisfied with the seat allotted to you then accept the seat by paying the required amount by the given deadline.
Verification of Documents: During the scheduled time, visit the specified center for document verification. Make sure all the required papers are in order.
fee payment: After successful document verification, pay the fee as per your choice. If you decide to “float” (take into account the subsequent rounds), you will have to pay a security fee of Rs 3,000. If you decide to “freeze” (reserving the entire place), you will have to pay the institute fee online.
Reporting to the Institute: If you have “frozen” your seat, please follow the guidelines provided by the institute for reporting and completing the remaining admission requirements.
