NTA will open the correction window for JEE Main 2025 application on November 26.
The National Testing Agency (NTA) has announced that the application deadline for JEE Main 2025 will not be extended and the application process will end on the scheduled date i.e. November 22, 2024. NTA will open the correction window for JEE Main 2025. The application will be open on 26th November and candidates will be able to edit the permissible fields till 11.50 pm on 27th November.
As per the official notice, candidates are not allowed to change their mobile number, email address, permanent/present address, emergency contact details and photographs.
Candidates can change any one of the following details-
-Name
-Mother’s name
-father’s name
Candidates are allowed to change all these fields-
-Class 10/equivalent details
-Class 12/equivalent details
-PAN number
-Date of birth
-gender
-Social class
-sub category
-PWD Status
-Signature.
NTA will conduct JEE Main 2025 in two sessions – January and April. JEE Main 2025 January exam is tentatively scheduled to be held between January 22 and January 31, 2025.
How to apply for JEE Main 2025?
Candidates who have not applied for JEE Main 2025 Session 1 exam can fill the application form on the official website- jeemain.nta.nic.in by November 22, 2024 by following the simple steps given below.
Step 1: Visit the official website – jeemain.nta.nic.in
Step 2: On the homepage, click on the link that reads, “Online Application Form for JEE (Main) – 2025 Session-1”
Step 3: Now click on “New Registration” tab and register with the required details
Step 4: Now login with the generated registration number and password and fill the application form
Step 5: Pay the Application Fee and Submit the Application Form
Step 6: Take a printout of the application form and keep it with you for future reference
