Ever since Janhvi Kapoor began the promotions of her upcoming film Mr and Mrs Mahi, she has remained unstoppable with gorgeous looks inspired by the method dressing trend. After delighting fans with cricket-inspired saris, lehengas, skirt and crop top sets and bodycon dresses, Janhvi donned a stunning Punjabi kudi look for the Chandigarh leg of the promotions. Janhvi Kapoor recently visited Chandigarh to promote her upcoming sports-romance film with her co-star Rajkummar Rao, Mr and Mrs Mahi. Janhvi shared pictures of herself having fun in the city. She met fans, drank lassi and wore a Patiala salwar kameez that has cricket-inspired elements. The actor captioned the pictures, “If Mrs Mahi was a Punjabi kudi [heart emoji] Chandigarh [heart emoji] #MrandMrsMahi in cinemas 31st May 2024.” Her outfit comes in bright yellow and fuchsia-pink colours, making it a perfect outfit for the warm weather.

Janhvi’s salwar kameez set featured a yellow sleeveless kurta with yellow sequin embellishments, golden gota patti embroidery and backless design with dori tie, embellished with pink and white tassels and cricket ball shaped embellishments. The plunging neckline, short hem length, side slits and bodycon silhouette added to the charm of the kameez. She paired it with a fuchsia pink salwar that featured baggy pleated silhouette and intricate embroidery on the cinched border.

Janhvi completed her look by draping a tie-dye print dupatta over her shoulders. It features a yellow-white striped tie-dye pattern, colourful thread embroidery on the border, blue gota patti on the hem, sequin embellishments, tassels on the corners and the word Mahi embroidered in bright pink. She styled her outfit by parting her hair in the middle and adorning it with crown braids and a cricket ball-shaped embellished parandi.

Finally, Janhvi opted for feathery brows, light smokey eye shadow, mascara on the lashes, sleek eyeliner, a pretty pink bindi, fuchsia pink lip shade, rouge on the cheekbones, highlighter on the contours and a dewy base for the glamorous look.
