The India-made IVA suits have been developed by Vikram Sarabhai Space. These suits will soon be ready for use and testing by the space agency. Before the actual manned mission, the space agency will conduct a number of tests and programs to ensure 100% success of the program.
Ahead of the launch of the Gaganyaan space flight, ISRO is focusing on several critical technologies including a human-rated launch vehicle to safely carry the crew into space, a life support system to provide an Earth-like environment to the crew in space. Will be on development. To develop crew management aspects for emergency rescue provision of crew and crew training, recovery and rehabilitation.
The precursor missions that will be carried out before the Gaganyaan mission include Integrated Air Drop Test (IADT), Pad Abort Test (PAT) and Test Vehicle (TV) flights. Apart from this, the Indian space agency will also test the safety and reliability of all the systems in the unmanned mission before the manned mission.
