New Delhi. Domestic wearable brand Boult has expanded its portfolio by launching dashcams – Boult CruiseCam X1 and X1 GPS. The company claims that these in-car cameras have been designed to provide better video quality, advanced safety features and seamless connectivity for drivers. These new models promise to set a new standard in vehicle surveillance and safety technology.

Boult CruiseCam X1 and X1 GPS are being offered at an introductory price of Rs 2,999 and Rs 3,999 respectively. These can be purchased from Amazon, Flipkart and the company’s official site.

The CruiseCam X1 series models feature a 1080p Full HD resolution, which ensures that every detail on the road is captured clearly. Also equipped with a 2MP sensor, the dashcam claims to perform well in all lighting conditions and deliver high-quality footage both day and night.

Exclusively available on the X1 GPS model, the dashcam includes GPS logging capabilities. This feature allows drivers to track their vehicle’s location and speed, providing vital data for navigation and incident reporting.

The 170-degree ultra wide-angle lens on the dashcam reduces blind spots to a great extent by covering a larger portion of the road, ensuring better recording from all angles.

CruiseCam offers seamless connectivity via Wi-Fi. Users can connect the dashcam to their smartphone and use a dedicated app for a host of features. The app offers GPS integration, an organized video gallery, Wi-Fi direct streaming and easy access to recorded events to ensure the driver is always connected and in control.

Boult’s latest dashcam features collision detection, which is powered by an inbuilt G sensor. This sensor automatically detects collisions and triggers emergency video recording and protects critical evidence during accidents. The dashcam’s aluminum alloy body also makes it more durable and remains stable even during daily driving.

Designed for flexibility, the dashcam features a 360-degree rotational design that allows drivers to easily adjust the camera angle, ensuring optimal recording from any position. Additionally, the dashcam is equipped with an in-built super-capacitor instead of the traditional lithium battery, which provides better durability and performance, especially in extreme temperatures.
