3. Eligibility
Anyone applying for Indian Oil Corporation Limited (IOCL) recruitment must be a graduate with an LLB (Bachelor of Laws or Bachelor of Legislative Laws) degree. Candidates must also possess a 5-year integrated LLB degree from any recognized university or institute.

5. IOC selection process

6. Remuneration
Selected candidates will get a starting basic pay of Rs 50,000/- per month.
They will be placed in the pay scale of Rs 50,000 – Rs 1,60,000. Apart from this, the selected candidates will also get dearness allowance.
