How to make Dates, Anjeer Milkshake
First of all, clean the dates and figs thoroughly in water. If you want to take dry figs, cut it into small pieces so that it becomes easier to grind in the mixer. Remove seeds from dates. Divide all the dry fruits like cashews, raisins, walnuts and almonds in half. Keep half of it for garnish and grind the rest coarsely. The milk should be boiled. Add dates, figs, all ground dry fruits and sugar as per taste. Mix it well. Leave it like this for 15-20 minutes, so that the dates and figs become soft. Now add the milk mixture in the mixer and grind it well. Put it in a glass. Add remaining dry fruits into it. Keep it in the fridge for an hour so that it cools down. If you want to drink it immediately, you can add ice cubes to it. Healthy, tasty and nutritious milkshake made of dates and figs is ready to serve. You can also prepare and drink it during Chaitra Navratri Vrat. You can garnish this shake with mint leaves to make it even more healthy. You can also add cut small pieces of your favorite fruit.
