Khaliya Top is a well-known tourist spot for trekking, which comes in Munsiyari. Munsiyari is one of the major tourist destinations of Uttarakhand, which is also known as Himnagari. The distance from Munsiyari to Khaliya Top is 9 kilometers, which can be covered by trekking on foot. Now it is summer season. The snow accumulated on the way to reach Khalia Top has also been removed, which used to make this route challenging. On reaching Khaliya Top, all the snow covered Himalayan peaks are clearly visible from here. The nearest railway station to reach here is Kathgodam, from where one can easily reach by taxi.
