The production of marriage started when I had seen the failure of Divani of love. Kareena Kapoor Khan, Abhishek Bachchan and Hrithik Roshan were in the lead roles in this film. Suraj told that Salman himself was saying that some work should be done together. But I had no film at that time. Yes, there was a story of marriage but it was given to me by my father.
