On 13 March, Okoh shared a video with the title, “I lost 34 pounds (15 kg) using AI … moved from about 220 pounds (100 kg) to 183 pounds (83 kg) using these copilot signals.” According to the Instagram user, he used Microsoft’s AI Assistant, Copilot, to prepare a plan that helped him to shed Kilos. He also shared the signals used to help in his weight loss journey.

Prompt 1

According to the Instagram user, he wrote on Copilot, “Hi, I (I enter age), I enter weight (I insert weight), I have one (from impulse to very active exercise lifestyle), I am a (inserted gender) and I am (insert). Counting my TD.” For uninterrupted, TDEE is a total daily energy expenditure.

He explained, “To lose weight without hungry or without being unhappy, I first needed to know my TDEE, which stands for total daily energy expenditure. Therefore, I used this AI prompt in Copilot to get it. At that time, my TDEE was about 2k (I am 6 feet long).”

Here is another example of Oko that Okoh is used to determine calories, which he should consume on its TDEE basis: “Using my TDEE, I need to take how many calories in each day to stay in a calorie deficit without hungry.” According to him, he came to know that he only needs to eat 500 to 200 calories from his TDEE to ‘lose weight’.
