Women Reservation Bill: What benefits will women get in government jobs?
Many types of benefits are given to women through reservation in government jobs (women reservation in government jobs). Know about them.
1- In many government jobs, some posts are already reserved for women. Seats are reserved for female candidates as well as divorced and widowed candidates. Please note that only women are recruited for these posts.
2- In some government jobs, women are also given relaxation in upper age limit as per the rules.
3- There is also reservation for women in various categories of government jobs.
4- While applying for different government jobs, the fee for women is fixed as NIL. You do not have to pay any fee for the form as well.
5- If a woman gets a government job, she will be given priority in her hometown.

SC category – 15 percent
OBC category – 27 percent
EWS category – 10 percent
For government jobs, where there is direct recruitment (no open competition), the following quotas have been prescribed:
SC category – 16.66 percent
ST category – 7.5 percent
OBC category – 25.84 percent
