New Delhi. Honda India has now made Elevate SUV and Amaze sedan available in Army Canteen Store i.e. CSD. Now the soldiers of the country will be able to buy both the cars at affordable rates at Army Canteen stores across the country.
Announcing this, Kunal Bahl, Vice President, Marketing and Sales, Honda Cars India Limited said, “It is a privilege to extend the availability of Honda Elevate to our heroes in uniform. “This initiative strengthens our commitment to support those who serve our nation by providing them access to high-quality Honda products.”
Honda Elevate is the carmaker’s newest product in the Indian market, powered by the company’s tried-and-tested 1.5-litre petrol engine. This SUV comes in manual and CVT gearbox options. This engine taken from Honda City produces 119bhp power and 145Nm torque. However, unlike the Honda City, the Elevate does not get a hybrid engine.
The company has given many advanced features in Honda Elevate. This SUV has advanced features like climate control, touchscreen infotainment system, height adjustable driver seat, sunroof, power mirrors and windows, LED headlamps and level-2 ADAS technology which are already available in City and City Hybrid.
If we talk about the price, the ex-showroom price of Honda Elevate starts from Rs 10,99,900 and goes up to Rs 15,99,900. The company claims to get a mileage of 15.31 kmpl in the manual variant of Elevate and 16.92 kmpl in the automatic variant.
