In the press release of Class 10 result, Haryana Board mentioned that the pass percentage of regular students is 95.22 percent, and for private candidates it is 88.73 percent. For Open School, the pass percentage of new category candidates is 23.61 percent. percentage and 72.50 per cent for re-appearing candidates.
2,86,714 regular students appeared in the Class 10 final examination and 2,73,015 passed. On the other hand, 3,652 have been placed in the Repeat Required (ER) category, which means such candidates will have to appear for the exam again.
Gender wise, 1,37,167 girls appeared for the exam and 1,32,119 passed. The passing percentage of girl candidates is 96.32 percent.
A total of 1,49,547 boys appeared for the Class 10 board exams and 1,40,896 or 94.22 per cent passed.
